What is the return policy?
- We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for returns—items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in suitable packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If your order arrives damaged, please check it before signing for delivery and report any issues with photos within 24 hours so we can arrange replacements or repairs.
- Mattresses, toppers, and pillows are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene reasons. Assembled items are also non-returnable unless found to be faulty upon inspection.
- All products come with a 12-month guarantee covering manufacturing faults. This excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery. Refunds are processed within 28 working days, and inspections (if needed) may take up to 14 working days.
When will my order be delivered?
We offer several delivery options:
- 3–5 working days (kerbside only)
- £15 – Choose a specific day
- From £20 – Available on selected items
- £35 – Weekend delivery option
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, and tracking details will be provided. Deliveries to flats/apartments are to the main entrance only. Larger items may arrive on a pallet and will be delivered kerbside.
Non-UK Mainland & Remote Areas:
Additional delivery charges apply for locations such as the Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Please contact us before ordering.
Delivery Insurance:
All items are insured during delivery. You must inspect packaging before signing. If boxes are damaged, sign as DAMAGED - not doing so may void the insurance.
Do you offer assembly services?
We currently do not offer an assembly service. All items are delivered flat-packed and include clear assembly instructions. Please ensure you check all parts and packaging before starting assembly, as once an item has been assembled, it is considered accepted and no longer eligible for return unless faulty.
If you need help with assembly, we recommend using a local handyman or furniture assembly service.
Do you have an in person showroom?
We don’t have a physical showroom at this time. All our items are stored flat-packed in our warehouse, so there’s no facility for in-person viewing or display.
However, you can browse our full range online, and we do offer free in-store collection. If you'd like to pick up your order from our warehouse, simply select the collection option at checkout or contact us to arrange a suitable time.
